Broccoli Tots

Broccoli Tots are a delicious, healthy snack or side dish made with broccoli, cheese, and breadcrumbs. Perfect for kids and adults alike!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups steamed broccoli, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (use gluten-free if preferred)
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Olive oil for greasing

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine chopped broccoli, cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small tots, about 1-2 tablespoons each. Place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Lightly grease the tops of the tots with olive oil.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy on the edges.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
