Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of broccoli, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
  2. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add the broccoli florets and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, until tender-crisp.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar.
  5. Pour the sauce over the broccoli, stirring to coat evenly.
  6. Season with salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes (if desired).
  7. Stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is well mixed and the sauce thickens slightly.
  8. Serve immediately, garnished with sesame seeds if desired.
