Broccoli Rice Casserole is a delicious, creamy dish that’s perfect as a side or a main course. This simple recipe features tender broccoli, rice, and a creamy sauce, all baked together into a comforting casserole. Ideal for family dinners or special occasions!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup uncooked rice
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook rice according to package instructions.
  3. Steam the broccoli florets until tender but still bright green.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, steamed broccoli, cream of mushroom soup, shredded cheese, milk, melted butter, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
