Broccoli Casserole

This delicious Broccoli Casserole is a perfect side dish for family gatherings or holiday meals. It combines tender broccoli with a cheesy, creamy sauce, topped with crispy breadcrumbs.
  • 1 bunch of fresh broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup of sour cream
  • 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large pot, steam the broccoli florets until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, and black pepper. Stir well.
  4. Once the broccoli is cooked, drain any excess water and place it in a baking dish. Pour the cheese mixture over the broccoli and mix gently.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with melted butter. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the casserole.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the breadcrumbs are golden brown.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
