Broccoli and Almond Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the garlic and cook for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
  3. Add the broccoli and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes, until tender-crisp.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil.
  5. Pour the sauce over the broccoli and toss to coat.
  6. Add the almonds, and cook for an additional 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve immediately as a side dish or over rice for a complete meal.
