
Ingredients:
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the garlic and cook for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
- Add the broccoli and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes, until tender-crisp.
- In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil.
- Pour the sauce over the broccoli and toss to coat.
- Add the almonds, and cook for an additional 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately as a side dish or over rice for a complete meal.
