Broccoli and Beef Stir-Fry
Ingredients:
- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup water
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced beef to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining oil and stir-fry garlic and ginger for 1 minute.
- Add the broccoli and cook for 4-5 minutes, until tender-crisp.
- Return the beef to the skillet, then add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and water. Stir to combine.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens and the beef is fully cooked.
- Season with salt and pepper
