Broccoli and Mushroom Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.
  2. Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook for 4-5 minutes until softened.
  4. Stir in the broccoli florets and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until the broccoli is tender but still crisp.
  5. Drizzle in the soy sauce and sesame oil, stirring to coat the vegetables evenly.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with sesame seeds if desired.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious stir-fry!
