Ingredients:
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook rice according to package instructions.
- Steam the broccoli florets until tender but still bright green.
